About Us
Corporate Business Plan Associates ("CBPA") has been providing business plan consulting services for more than twenty years. Our goal in business plan consulting is to work with your business to connect the dots between vision, strategy, tactics, and financials. The business plans we create have been used as frameworks for defining and honing the business strategy of dozens of companies over the years.
Heading up CBPA is Founder and Principal, Dina Moskowitz. CBPA is sustained by a strong network of expert consultants, enabling the organization to meet the unique and ever-changing demands of its client base. Dina maintains that “furious activity is no substitute for understanding,” and so we focus on our clients’ need for understanding where their business is headed and obtaining the financials necessary to get them there.
Dina’s interest in business planning began when earning a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Dina’s career has included many roles, including VP of Business Development for Universal Dialog, Inc.; VP of Marketing for Spoken Translation, Inc. and Financial Analyst for Pacific Corporate Group, Inc. Most recently, Dina was CEO and founder of Critical Digital Data, Inc. (CDIX), a company that develops cloud-based online data storage solutions, including www.HomeDataGuard.com. She successfully took the company public and exited, providing CDIX shareholders with a solid return on their investments. Dina remains CEO of the privately held spin-off, Critical Digital Data Solutions, Inc. Click here to view a 2009 news clip of Dina being interviewed on CW 6 San Diego Morning News.
CBPA specializes in consulting start-up, early-stage and mid-sized companies seeking financing or other resources in order to continue to grow and/or make strategic changes in their businesses. Our clients are typically referred to us through established relationships with attorneys, prior clients, angel investors, professional investors, CPAs and CEOs. Our goal with referred clients is to help them be positioned and prepared to raise capital. We have consulted a variety of industries, adapting to the unique needs of each. We have crafted business plans in industries including software, embedded systems, hardware, multi-lingual technologies, life sciences, medical devices, content management platforms, entertainment, textile manufacturing and others. For people who are segueing from a corporate career into the entrepreneurial lifestyle, we provide coaching, mentoring and a sounding board.
Residing in La Jolla, California, Dina maintains her California Department of Real Estate Sales license and REALTOR™ credentials.
